PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
- Hand on Experiences in 2D,3D drawings preparation. Expertise in Solid works SW, plastic component design and development experience, DFM Support for New Prcxiuct design & Development.
- Must able to Prepare product specifications, drawings/ understand product specification, International Standards, interpretation of Techrucal documents understanding. BOM prepare /control-
- Proto type handling experience. Must familiar with Mass production inline Process & assembly knowledge.
- Experienced the tool & application of : DOE, DFM,DFA, FMEAXACA,FAI, Good analytical skills.
- Must have work experienced in EMS industries.
- Aware of ERP System and data /doc managements Agile/SAP.
- FACA Analvsis process data specifications with customer.
QUALITY (IQC) – Junior Engineer I Engineer
- Responsible tor the implementauon and maintenance at- relevant quality Control plans and process.
- Maintain effective IQC Inspection Methodology and Techniques. Must have GD & T Experiences.
- Knowledge on SAP transactions.
- With Good Problem solving decision-making and Analytical skill.
QUALITY (SQA) – Junior Engineer 1 Engineer:
- With Strong Supplier Quality Management processes like Supplier Evaluation, Supplier monitoring Supplier Audit.
- Analysis and handling of major customer complaints, and coordinate the implementation and tracking of corrective measures.
- Having knowledge in IMS Standards with PPAP. Quality Tools and Concepts.
- Preference to ISO 9001 11001 _ IATF certified personals.
