QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering
EXPERIENCE: 3 to 8 years of experience in assembly manufacturing processes.
NOTE: Immediate joiners preferred.
JOB DESCRIPITION: Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Responsible for incoming material quality control and assist to solve material quality issues
- Incoming inspection plan according to the production plan.
- Responsible for equipment readiness maintenance to ensure for all incoming material inspection and GR closure within the target.
In-Process Quality Control: (IPQC) FATP/MLB/AQM
- Performing process quality audit in line.
- FATP/MLB Level material rejection and feedback to IQC OP.
- Monitor CAPA effectiveness, OP Qualification and certification.
- SMT knowledge (Solder paste printing. Pick & Place Machine, AOL & Reflow) and IPC 610 Standard.
ORT and OQC
- Station brings up SOP/SDFM preparation & modification, DL training & Qualification.
- Maintain sampling as per PQP based on build.
- Record the Ul Issue and work with Allie for improvements.
Repair/Debug/Failure Analysis-SMT/MLB
- Conduct in-depth failure analysis of PCBA Components at levels 3 and 4
- Identify root causes of failures and generate
- Analyze PCBA components using spectrum and signal analysis techniques.
- Interpret complex electrical schematics for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Perform X Ray and VHX measurements for failure analysis.
Supplier Quality Management: (SQM)
- Material Issue escalation and MIL driving
- RCCA from Vendor.FA analysis follow-up with CFT.
- RMA acceptance from Vendor.
- Re-Judgment at IQC/FATP/OQC
- Monitor TE. CDL GET activities.
